Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your purchase within 14 days, provided it is in its original, new condition and is returned in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Received your purchase damaged or incorrect? You may return products. We will refund the cost of your order excluding shipping costs once we have received the returned products at our address: Haraldsgade 3, 5000 Odense C - Denmark. We will cover the return shipping costs in this case.

Additional refund terms:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage.
  • We may offer partial refunds for items returned in a used or damaged condition.

How to return?

  • Inform us by sending an email to info@storupstudio.com with your name, address, order number, the name of the products you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Return the products in their original packaging to: Størup Studio Haraldsgade 3 5000 Odense C - Denmark
  • We are not responsible if your shipment does not arrive or is lost in the mail. We will refund the cost of your order (excluding shipping costs) once we have received the returned products. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product was damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

  • Packages are dispatched twice a week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Shipping costs are 60 DKK regardless of package size and are clearly specified at checkout.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days.
  • We offer international shipping to [list countries]. Additional customs fees may apply.
  • The flat rate of 60 DKK applies to all domestic orders. International shipping costs vary based on destination.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

1.1 Størup Studio: trade name of the Private Limited Company Størup Studio Having its registered office in Denmark and registered under Danish CVR-nr.: 38678671

1.2 Customer: a natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Størup Studio.

1.3 Consumer: a Customer as meant in article 1.2, who is not acting in the exercise of profession or company.

1.4 Website of Størup Studio: the website of Størup Studio among others to be reached through www.storupstudio.com.

1.5 Products: the most comprehensive definition of a product or case, definitely including, although not exclusively, to say: books, other reading merchandise and other goods.

1.6 Agreement: a distance contract, whereby Customer via Størup Studio organised system for distance sales of products at Størup Studio and whereby up until the closing of an agreement exclusively one or more techniques for distance communication are used.

1.7 Reflection time: a time during which a Consumer has the option to bring about the dissolution of the purchase, via right of withdrawal.

1.8 Right of withdrawal: the option for a Consumer to – after receipt of the ordered Product(s) to return these Products to Størup Studio within the reflection time and get their purchase price back.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
